Let me start off with the good: waitress fantastic and owner or manager stopped by table. Turkey breast was obviouslynot turkey roll, but actual turkey breast. Dressing served with turkey was dreadful and inedible. I'm not sure how it was made but someone needs a new recipe. Salad was mostly lettuce with a small side of dressing. Bread rolls served were cold and hard, so we passed. Meatloaf was tasteless with brown gravy. Mashed potatoes were instant. Although this diner was recommended to us, we would to take a pass if in the area again.

A deliciously unique establishment to which my family and I visited. The wood paneling interior will remind you of the simpler days of yesteryear and the decor lamps above the tables will illuminate the evening with a glow of satisfaction. Crayons were supplied to the children of course. The salad seemed to like it was picked fresh from the farm and to top it all off, the diner has a wonderful smell which reminded me of grandma’s kitchen. Highly recommend this to anyone, especially those seeking a romantic evening!!!

Kids had Belgian waffles, I had pancakes and wife had eggs. The pancakes were OK. Everything else was great including our server, Barbie. She was sweet and personable. Scotrun diner was a nice place to have breakfast and escape the noise of Camelback.

Second time visiting this place to escape the (ridiculous) pricing of Great Wolf Lodge. This diner has a reasonable priced menu, good fries and a great, blast from the past, vibe. Food is 'OK', it's depending on what you order (of course) how fresh it is but the cluck-cluck Parmesan was kinda bland, my order, gyros with fries was good, kid's order of pasta, was bland. So, a 4-star if I had just eaten my meal, but now....

We came to the area for our honeymoon and have gone to this diner 4 times since we got here and we LOVE it! The staff is friendly and fast and the food is delicious! If we lived out here, we would definitely become regulars.

We stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge and visited this diner several times. The staff is so very welcoming. They really take good care of their customers. Highly recommend. Thank you Scotrun diner for being so good to me and my family. You made the trip all the more better!

My only dislike was that you were not allowed to order an alcoholic beverage while someone under 21 was at the table, and because my baby cousin was at the table, all of the other 21+ people could not enjoy a screwdriver with their breakfast unfortunately. :(

I have been coming to this dinner for over 30yrs. My sister and family used to go n stay at mount airy lodge for years. So every 3x a year we pack up our cars. This diner has the best food the family that owns this are very polite.and kind. We miss momma being there I hope she good. The food is great the place is clean we recommend. it highly..👍

Easy access from highway, lots of parking. Good food.

Food is very good. Wait staff is friendly. Place is very clean. Deco is nice. Can get into and out of parking lot fairly easy. Can see it from 611. There is not normally a wait.

When You are in Tannersville or Mount Pocono PA. You. Must try the Scotrun Diner. I had an Omelet and Pancakes, my wife had a Grilled Chicken Sandwich.

If you don't stop for a bite to eat you'll be doing yourself a great injustice. No one can match their customer service! Went two days in a row for the breakfast, and the service.

Great diner food at a reasonable price. 4 adults and 1 kid ate for less than $50. Had to get to go boxes for leftovers. Friendly service and very clean. Thanks for wonderful lunch.

Cozy place with good food. Went for breakfast with the family and was greeted with an attentive and very friendly staff. This is a great choice for breakfast if you're staying at a nearby hotel or resort!

Excellent service and great food. The waitress was friendly and kind. Breakfast was amazing, food was fresh and homemade. Orange juice and coffee were great. All I can say is we will definitely be coming here again when we visit Kalihari resort.

While staying at Camelback, started googling for hearty but affordable diners nearby. Lucky to have found Scotrun Diner, not only was the food filling and yummy, but the service was great, courteous and professional. Place was also well kept and clean. Good job to the management of this place. Strongly recommend! Oh and the coffee tastes freshly brewed not like other stale diners

The food was very good. Especially when you been in the cold woods and the hot food warms your body up. Servicer was very good she was very attentive, I soon as I was done with water I had another one right in front Of me. I drink a lot of water so that's a plus 4 me Towards the service.The diner was very clean.Organized Well.

Dinner for 6, 3 gyros and 3 burgers. All the food was excellent.I highly recommend Scotrun Diner Restaurant. Service was good, all seemed like family, and the food was served at a good temperature, plentiful, and if great quality.I did get a feel they were kicking us out, but it was closing time on a slow sunday night. So it's ok.Must try their apple pie with a vanilla ice cream.

We were seated quickly and the staff was really nice. Not the biggest fan of having soup over fries with my sandwich but the food was pretty good--fries were actually my favorite. Portion sizes may be a little small for some. I went to both this diner and Billy's diner to compare and the biggest difference (besides the fries) was this diner was a Coke diner and gave free refills. Would recommend and would return if I was a local!

Such a welcoming environment. Clean, fast service, great food. Went back for more the next day! Would definitely go back to this diner next time we’re in the area!!
